350 Climate Change Rally
On October 24, 2009, people at over 5,200 events in 181 countries came together for the most widespread day of environmental action in the planet's history to call for action on the climate crisis. Hornby Islanders converged at Big Trib where impassioned speeches and performances spoke eloquently of our respect for the earth and the actions we must all take to protect her.
Will Thomas captured the day and we thank him for sharing these photos. Thank you also to Julian Laffin for the aerial photo - taken from his radio controlled airplane.
