Chef Ben's successful Roundroom Café warmed the bellies of many a winter resident with his lunch-time eatery creations. Come spring, Ben has focused all his attention & resources on procuring himself a bus to convert into a mobile catering unit.
Starting June 8th and throughout the summer, Bird Is The Word catering bus is serving up hot & chilled eats at the Beulah Creek Nursery. Here, from this beautifully chicken-adorned bus, non-medicated, hormone-free fried chicken, yam wedges and a variety of meal sized salads will be ready for your culinary delight.
Ben strives to use as many locally grown ingredients as possible, making for the freshest meals possible. Birds the Word is also available to cater your events.
